I’ll try and do this each week :
- Sunday : 10k Walk/Run – Marina/JBR Circuit
- Monday : Body Pump Class #No1
- Tuesday : 9k Walk/Run – Marina Circuit and 5k Beach Walk
- Wednesday: Body Pump Class #No2 plus 45 minute swim
- Thurs : Pilates Reformer Class
- Friday : 5k Beach Walk
- Saturday : 5k Walk/Run – Marina
This is the first real week at Pump using weights, I was really pleased at my progress between class 1 and 2 and feel that I’m gaining insite into how much weight I can lift for each set.
