If you are looking for a lazy brunch with a view of the fountains, a full table service menu and a chilled relaxed ambiance this may be the perfect brunch for you. Zeta Lounge, at The Address Downtown offers a set menu brunch perfect for catching up with pals whilst you while away the afternoon overlooking the fountains, taking in the view of Burj Khalifa and enjoying friendly and attentive service from the staff.
The food was fantastic, tasty, and well thought out with a staggering 20 dishes to munch your way through, there’s plenty of dishes to try and taste.
We choose to enjoy bubbles to start with, and were served a plentiful supply by the staff who were attentive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the menu. I’m not the worlds biggest lover of Sushi but was bowled over by the Sushi and Sashimi which was served to us and I just might possibly be a convert.
The joy of this menu is that you don’t have to make any selections, everything is brought to the table for you, and you dictate when it’s brought to you, meaning you can have a long relaxed lunch over the course of few hours without feeling rushed and without feeling too full, since the pace is dictated by you.
Moving onto our main courses, we loved both the Black Cod and the Wagyu Beef, and passed on the rice, since neither of us are lovers of rice and we didn’t feel that the dishes needed the rice, particularly given the amount we had already eaten :
And finally onto desserts, and a quick loosening on the belt before we munched our way through some Mochi Ice cream, fresh fruits and a deliciously rich chocolate crunchy cake served in a pool of molten chocolate sauce, particularly good …
Details –Zeta Fountain Brunch is every Friday and costs 425 AED per guest with signature Ubertails, Teatails, Bubbletails and Cocktails and Signature Vintages. The soft drink package is 290 AED.

UPDATE : Jan 2016 : Unfortunately Zeta Lounge was a casualty of the fire at The Address hotel, I really hope to see it back in full swing when the hotel is reopened which I believe is scheduled for 2017.
